Analysis Research & Planing for Armenia (ARPA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1992 in Los Angeles, California, by Armenian scientists and experts committed to advancing Armenia’s development. The institute unites professionals from around the world to offer strategic expertise in education, science, technology, and the economy.
Purpose
ARPA promotes international cooperation and supports Armenia’s progress through analysis, research, and planning. Its initiatives include creating advanced laboratories, organizing competitions for young inventors, modernizing infrastructure, and hosting lectures and discussions. Working with universities, industry leaders, and the Armenian diaspora, ARPA fosters innovation and strengthens Armenia’s scientific and economic foundations.
